PLEASE NOTE:

EzBar comes with a free limited lifetime replacement warranty (valid for up to 2 replacements in a 365 days period, subject to review on an individual customer basis).

This is an exclusive warranty limited to our V2 resistance bands kits range and the EzBar covering manufacturing defects, unless stated otherwise. This warranty does not apply to any other product ranges we offer and is applicable to the expected normal lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the buyer. This warranty is also applicable only to the original owner, not for any subsequent owner.

This lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accidental damages, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time of the product.

REFUND POLICY

We are pleased to accommodate refund requests within 14 days from the date of successful delivery. All EzBar subscriptions are covered by our 14 day money-back guarantee.

If you don’t like your EzBar experience within 14 days of receiving the product and trying it out, you can return the product to us and we will offer a full refund and cancel your subscription, no questions asked.

Please note, returns are at the cost of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty by EzToned (in deemed faulty, we will re-ship a new EzBar to you at no additional cost). We suggest using a tracked form of post as EzToned is not responsible for any lost or missing packages on route to our returns facility.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected and deemed returnable, you shall be refunded within 24 hours (if you're within your 14-day period). Refunds typically take between 3-7 business days to reflect on your account. Please note, most financial institutions take an average of 3-7 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend you to contact your financial institution.

RETURNS POLICY
What is the return period?

For the first 90 days of your EzBar subscription (or until 150 USD total has been charged to you), you can return the product at any time to cancel your subscription plan.

EzToned owns the equipment provided to you for the first 90 days of your subscription.

After 90 days have passed or 150 USD total has been charged to you, you can keep the equipment with you forever. You don’t need to return the product anymore to cancel your plan.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

May I return my order without informing you or without an RMA?
